Greg Hastings, GW Hastings Contracting, Inc.

Greg has worked as a general contractor for over 35 years. His specialties include new home construction, additions, remodels and kitchens/baths. Greg serves as the general contractor for all our projects and takes a very hands-on approach to all our projects.

Richard Bell, Real Estate Developer

Richard has worked in real estate for over 40 years as an owner/partner of a real estate development company located in Washington DC. He earned a B.A. from The College of Wooster and an M.B.A from The University of Chicago. Richard provides strategic advice and resources to the LLC.

Karen Bell, Real Estate Agent

Karen has worked in real estate for the past 6 years - both developing properties and, more recently, as a real estate agent. She earned a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A from Vanderbilt University. Karen acquires and sells our properties and plays a key role in the design and aesthetics of our projects.
